- We accept returns for both defective and non defective products.
- Returned products must meet the following conditions
- The item must be new and unused
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Products that are opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return

Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date the order was delivered.
Return Method
- All returns must be initiated by mail.
- Returns are not accepted in store or at drop off locations.
- To request a return, please contact us by email.
- Return instructions will be provided after approval.
Return Shipping Costs
The return shipping label is the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time
